CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCES

We are very sad to release this news, however...
In connection with the tragic events of January and the state of emergency introduced in Almaty, and now within the framework of Decree No. 1 dated 13.01.2022 of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Almaty, we are forced to announce the cancellation of all January events.
This week, we have already prepared a new repertoire, taking into account the postponement of canceled performances, but since there is no exact information for how long the quarantine measures will last, the postponements become irrelevant.
An important question regarding the return of tickets.
- If tickets were purchased online (through going to the website of the theater or ticket system Ticketon), you will be gradually refunded. Also, you can contact the Ticketon Customer Care Service directly:

Please show understanding to our colleagues who now, due to numerous cancellations, will have a very heavy workload.
- If the tickets were purchased at the theater box office.
For a refund, you will need to contact the theater box office directly and have the original tickets and an identity document with you.
Important! The box office will begin it work only from February 4, and according to the following schedule: daily from 10.00 to 17.00 (break from 14.00 to 15.00).
Tickets will be refunded from February 4 to February 9.
Tickets for canceled performances will not be valid for future theater events.
