Dear guests!
We would like to inform you of important news. For technical reasons, the premiere opera "Aida" by G.Verdi are postponed from November 27-28 to December 14-15, 2021.
What to do with already purchased tickets?
Concerning tickets purchased at the theater box office:
- If you want to keep your previously purchased tickets and come with them for the new dates of the performance, you can: call to our box office +7 727 272 79 34, write to us WhatsApp (+7 776 830 7808) or by e-mail - theatreabay@gatob.kz and inform about the desire to save tickets.
- If you want to return tickets, you must contact the Box office:
st. Kabanbai batyr 110; working hours - daily from 10.00 to 18.00, break from 14.00 to 15.00 (phone +7 727 272 79 34), fill out an application for a refund, and receive the ticket amount in full.
Tickets purchased online:
